On the nose, Mondhügel Kreuzberg Gin Wild Juniper delivers a medium-bodied and quite subtle aroma. The distinctive notes of juniper are joined by those of laurel and warming citrus tones, characterized by lemon and orange. Floral pepper, a little cardamom and a hint of mint also come to the fore. The gin is medium-bodied with full lemon flavors in the mouth. Spicy, resinous aromas of juniper, cardamom and pepper with a lavender-like floral note unfold quickly. This is followed by a little coffee, lots of bay leaf and a little mint, including a rather velvety mouthfeel. Juniper, bay leaf, lemon and cardamom, as well as mild and flowery pepper, linger on in the finish. Finally, mint and a hint of camomile can be heard.
